Allyson Felix

Allyson Michel Felix was born the 18th of November 1985, in Los Angeles. Paul Felix, the father of Allyson Michelle Felix, is a minister at Master's Seminary Sun Valley. Marlean Felix works as a teacher of primary schools in Balboa Magnet. Felix displayed an early talent for sports when she was attending Los Angeles Baptist High School. She discovered her sprinting ability at the moment. Ten weeks after the first time she tried out the sport, she finished second in 200m in the U.S. Indoor Track and Field Championship. Felix graduated from high school in 2003, and became a part of Adidas to become an athlete in professional competition. In the following year, she attended University of Southern California studying elementary education. Felix won her first Olympic Medal in the 2004 Summer Olympics which took place at Athens Greece. Felix set a Junior World Record by running 200 metres in 22.18 seconds. In the 2005 Helsinki World Championships, Felix was the youngest world champion for running 200m. The following year, she defended her title by beating Jamaican adversary Veronica Campbell. Felix always placed at the top of the podium in her various events during the Olympics which took place during Beijing London Rio de Janeiro Tokyo.
